1. Go to C prompt.
2. Type: cd\games\wolf3d
NOTE: Where it says "games", type in the folder that Wolfenstein 3D is in.
3. Type: wolf3d -next (for version 1.0) or: wolf3d -goobers (for version 1.1 and 1.4.)
4. When in gameplay, simutaniously press TAB, CNTRL, and ENTER (for version 1.0) or
Left SHIFT, Left ALT, and BACKSPACE (for version 1.1 and 1.4) to activate the second half of the Debug code.
Once you have activated the Debug code, simutaniously press TAB and one of the letters below:
G ---------- GOD MODE (VERY HAPY MODE.)
H ---------- LOWER YOUR HEALTH BY 16% (DOESN'T WORK IN GOD MODE.
I ---------- FREE ITEMS! (AMMO, GUNS, HEALTH, AND POINTS!)
B ---------- CHANGE BORDER COLOR (DON'T ASK ME WHY THIS IS CONSIDERED A CHEAT!)
C ---------- NUMBER OF GUARDS AND DOORS.
E ---------- END CURRENT LEVEL AND SKIP THE NEXT LEVEL.
M ---------- DEBUG MEMORY USAGE (LOADS OF FUN!)
N ---------- NO CLIPING! (SORRY, BUT IT ONLY WORKS IN VERSION 1.0.)
O ---------- OVERHEAD MAP (A LITTLE CONFUSING; ONLY WORKS IN VERSION 1.0.)
P ---------- PAUSE GAME WITH NO PAUSE SIGN.
Q ---------- QUITS GAME IN VERSION 1.0; CRASHES GAME IN VERSION 1.1.
S ---------- SLOW MOTION (YOU'LL NEVER MEET THE PAR TIME OF TH LEVEL THIS WAY!)
T ---------- SHOWS YOU ALL OF THE OBJECTS AND SOUNDS IN THE GAME.
V ---------- CHANGE NUMBER OF VBL'S IN GAME (1-8.)
W ---------- WARP TO ANOTHER LEVEL! (LEVELS 1-10.)
X ---------- EXTRA STUFF (DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THIS CODE DOES?)
SIMUTANIOUSLY PRESS L, I, and M AND YOU WILL GET 100% HEALTH, 99 AMMO, BOTH KEYS, AND 0 POINTS.
SIMUTANIOUSLY PRESS B, A, and T AND GET A SPECIAL MESSAGE.
But if you want to make it a lot easier to cheat, then just download this special wolf3d.exe i made which eliminates the debug codes. All you have to do is type the letter of the cheat you want, without using the tab key. You don't even need to use goobers or the in-game debug code. Just unzip this into your wolf3d directory to overwrite wolf3d.exe.
