Marion County fights back with lawlessness and cruelty.
January 20, 1998, update
When the men later arrived at the Church, they surveyed the damage. Lamb had taken $300 in cash from the main building. He took two wood burning stoves. He dragged another woodstove onto the driveway next to the Church and took a sledgehammer to it. He smashed and beat the stove to destroy its value and to make it useless. He severed the water supply pipe. The propane regulator was taken. Lamb removed an inverter, which is necessary to use the Church's hydroelectric generator. Lamb also removed sliding glass doors from the buildings and took down posted Church signs. He has tried to cause Christ's little ones to suffer the coldness of winter. Please pray for Jay Lamb.
Why was Lamb so angry?
Why do deputies of Marion County aid in this vandalism and theft?
On Sunday, January 18, 1998, a professional man from the Stayton community contacted the Church pastor. This man said that Jay Lamb wanted to sell the Church property. He was interested to know if the Church would present any problems if he made the purchase.
Evidently, Jay Lamb is discovering that he has an unmarketable title which is based on a fraud perpetrated by Marion County personnel and others.
Why have the Lambs done violence to their neighbor?
Why have the Lambs become active church molesters?
Why don't the Lambs just sue us?
Because they are afraid of exposure!
Why aren't the so called trespassers arrested and charged?
Why won't the Judges of Marion County hear timely motions for relief?
Why do attorneys drop their promise of assistance at the last minute, claiming, "fear of repercussions from the County?"
Why are the records of the Counties actions still sealed?
If sealed files are opened, the truth may come out.
Regardless of what men and women of the world do, the Church will follow the True Sovereign of Heaven and Earth. As God is willing, They will continue to teach all nations. They will help the blind to see, the deaf to hear, and the dead to rise up and walk, in faith and truth.
May the Peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you as you take your place in His Kingdom.

On January 16th and 17th , 1998, Louis Jay Lamb cut off all the life-line systems of Embassy of Heaven Church members. Phone, electric, water, heat and gas lines were cut without warning. Lamb then burglarized and vandalized the Embassy of Heaven Church at 8777 Basl Hill Rd SE.
Stolen items include:
1) Three Sliding Glass Doors from entrance, back and basement of Church building.
2) Two Wood Stoves.
3) Inverter for Electricity.
4) Propane Regulator
5) $300 cash
6) Church Signs
Vandalized items:
1) Wood Stove beaten with sledgehammer to make unusable.
2) Water pipelines cut.
The Embassy fo Heaven Church holds the only marketable title to the Church grounds. Lamb is attempting to use force and violence to molest and drive the Church off the land. The Church has harmed no one.
Please pray for Jay Lamb to repent and return the stolen items. Pray that the sealed files will be opened so the Truth is known.
The Battle Continues
January 11, 1998, update
The Church being separate from the political subdivisions is not part of the agreements of those worldly governmental bodies established by men. The Church does not hold dominion over other men as those political subdivisions mentioned above because our King and commander-in-chief has not given his Church such authority. Those political subdivisions are dependent upon the principle of men exercising power over other men but we, as followers of Christ, are required to act in service and ministry to obtain a greater position.
Churches established by State and county governments are State churches and are doing the work of the State. The Embassy of Heaven Church is not such a church. The Church has complied with all the requirements of Law to be recognized as a Church established by Jesus Christ, separate from the State, and has been a well established Church for many years.
Employees of Marion County have broken the law. They have usurped an authority which is not theirs and they have violently attacked the Church and its members. The Church members have placed the judgment of the evildoers in the hands of the only authority that can act on its behalf as judge and executive officer. e.g. Yeshua or Jesus, the Christ.
The Church has a Warrantee Deed and the True Title to the property which has been well established by the actions of the Church and the recognition of the County through estoppel. The county through a misinformation campaign, aided by an ignorant and often bias press, has duped the general population into believing that the Church must apply for permission to be a Church. Can a church only obtain tax exempt status as a privileged and subordinate organization to the State? (see The Body of Christ vs. the Body of the State)
To continue this fraud the County has depended upon the sealing of the record, the duplicity of the courts, the apathy of the State, and the ignorance, pride and selfishness of the general population. The Church has depended upon the good will in the hearts and hands of the faithful and the power of God.
After the illegal raid upon the Embassy of Heaven Church (see articles). this body of believers has continued to return to the property for services and baptisms and maintains a full time ministry operating 24 hours a day spreading the Good News of the Kingdom.
This twenty-first century Church is molded in the form of the early first century Churches of Jesus Christ. They are on the front lines of the fight for Religious Freedom in the world today. You need to give your support and prayers to these who stand for the LORD of lords and you need to learn about the religious persecution going on in this land and the world today.

The arresting deputies admitted to participating in the military raid against the Church last January. One deputy commented, "Oh yeah, that was overkill."
When Christian arrived at the jail, he was not booked. They left him in street clothes and put him in a holding cell. For three days, jail personnel kept coming around asking Christian to submit to fingerprints. Christian said, "No, I'm not going to help you do evil."
Shortly before being released Christian prayed, "God, if it is your will, just open the doors to this place." And his prayers were answered. Christian walked out of the jail on December 26th, with no paperwork, no court dates, and without giving fingerprints.
Meanwhile, as Christian was being released, police cars sped down Basl Hill to make another raid on the Church.
An individual occupying the Church grounds with orders from the Church, identified here as "Duckboots," is made aware of the visitors as they approach in their vehicles.
In the thick brush he is unnoticed. He chooses to remain in concealment and to observe the events before him. Moments later he sees, white roofs, zooming down the Church lane. Five in all, along with a large red truck.
As he crouches lower he hears, "Woof! Woof! Woof!" They had brought dogs with them. The Church worker wondered what he should do. The dogs were likely to discover his presence as they came closer. Suddenly he realizes that there is a police car just a few yards away. He gets down further into the brush and pulls his hood over his head so that there is no face shine that could give his presence away.
Minutes go by. As he stares into the trees, he notices something standing there. Dark legs. He tips his face to get a better view. He waits quietly studying the dark figure, but only from the waist down. Then he hears the radio in the nearby police car, "Ten-four." Not only is there one police car close by, there is another just out of sight.
In the dark forest, the surrounded and hunted worker for Christ keeps motionless and still --- he prays. Many minutes go by. Finally, he hears car doors slamming. All the vehicles drive away. Cautiously he goes back to the Church buildings. He suspects that they have hauled off the church goods. He walks in and finds everything is still there. Sitting in the blue, overstuffed chair is the Bible open to Psalms 35. He reads it aloud, in the style of Shakespeare. "Boy, this is great stuff. This is just what is going on here."
(Psalms 35:20).
The Embassy of Heaven Church members continue to occupy the land openly, and why not? They are the lawful stewards of Christ's Church. They occupy until He comes.
The Church stands strong. The county employees have fraudulently sold a quick claim deed even though they know they had no marketable title to the property. They know that the Church owed no taxes. Their greatest weapon is your ignorance and apathy.
